Everything purchased in our store is a final sale. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for any online orders and in-store purchase.

 

Yes! Natalie’s Bridals by Blue Bloom wants you to be that girl who makes a fashion statement at your prom. We will make every effort not to sell the same dress, in the same color, to the same school/event when you purchase your dress in our store.

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. 

Yes. Natalie’s Bridals byBlue Bloom offers a layaway service. This option requires a 50% deposit, whether the item(s) are purchased in store, or special ordered. You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to pay off the rest of the item(s).The layaway service is also non-refundable, cannot be canceled, and no exchanges will be made. You may be charged a late fee if you have not picked up your product(s) within the 30 day time frame.

If you purchased your dress at Natalie’s Bridals by Blue Bloom, we do have an alteration service available for an additional cost. Alteration prices vary depending on what needs to be altered. Quotes for alteration are only given in stores, by a qualified seamstress or manager. We do not take outside work.

Alterations are paid for by the customer. Your dress must be paid in full before alterations occur.

Yes, we are an authorized retailer for all the designers in our store and website. Every single dress on our site is an authentic designer gown.

Yes, we have customer service representatives that are more than happy to help you place the order over the phone. Please have your style number, shipping information, and payment information ready. And call during business hours.

Most of our packages are shipped via UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO's.

Your checkout page is protected by SSL to keep your credit card data safe and secure. On checkout pages, we're Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL encryption

Keep in mind that some special occasion dresses need alterations. On every product detail page you will have the option to view the size chart for the designer of the dress you are ordering. We are not responsible for dresses that do not fit, those size charts are direct from the manufacturers and they cut their dresses according to those size measurements. We recommend for you to take the appropriate measurements and include them in your online order form. Please include your actual Bust - Waist - Hip measurements.

We do not rent dresses.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number and you can track your package at UPS.com. If you did not receive your tracking number and your order status says shipped, please contact us.

Natalie’s Bridals by Blue Bloom is a complete service specialty store. We know how important your purchase is to you and we’ll do everything possible to serve you. This includes discussing your purchase in detail before we process online orders. It is extremely important that you review your online order carefully. Make sure you have referred to the manufacturer's size chart for the particular item you are purchasing and that you have followed the measurement instructions carefully. When you submit your online order it will be very helpful to us if you include your actual Bust - Waist - Hip measurements. Any other details that you can provide, such as your height or other measurements that you believe would be helpful, is appreciated. All of this information can be added in the Comment box in the online order form. Please note that after order is placed we are unable to accept returns on any online purchases.

The majority of our made to order gowns fall within the $700-$3,500 range.  Should your preference be less than $700 you will have a large selection of our Sample Sale Gown Collection ranging from $300-$1500. Bridal gown samples are available in sizes 2-14 and 16W-28W.

We are an appointment only boutique during the weekends and do not accept walk-ins.

The standard bridal appointment is up to 90 minutes.

We provide a variety of samples in bridal regular as well as plus size for our brides to try on.  Our bridal regular sizes range between a size 2 to a size 14 and plus size 16 to 32.  Please keep in mind that your bridal size is typically 2 sizes larger than your standard size and clips or modesty panels are available for the consultant to use to help you visualize how a gown will fit.

Many of our designers offer a loaner program. For a fee of $200 we can request loaners of certain bridal gowns from our brand representatives, and the fee can later be applied to your gown purchase. Call or email us for details!

Gowns typically take between 5-6 months from the moment your order is placed until it arrives in our store, depending on the designer. Please keep in mind Designers can change ship dates due to back-orders of fabrics, beading, and certain laces. We always recommend to order 7-9 months prior to you wedding to ensure adequate time of delivery

We do offer shipping for bridal, Prom and formal dresses within the US. If shipping to Georgia, sales tax will be applied.

Yes, we do!  We generally require 3 alterations appointments spread out over the 6-8 weeks leading up to the wedding or formal event. We only work on bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and formal purchased at Natalie’s Bridals by Blue Bloom. Please call us to set up an appointment.

We would suggest bringing any undergarments you hope to be wearing the day of your wedding, any accessories you would like to try on with your gown and, most importantly, your wedding shoes.  We are unable to proceed with your alterations appointment if you forget your shoes, as the seamstress will not be able to complete your hem, and will have to reschedule your appointment.  Please remember to continue to bring your shoes to every alteration’s appointment.

YES.  Our bridal consultants are dedicated experts for bridesmaids, bridal gowns and accessories. Bridesmaid dresses typically take between 3-4 months from the moment your order is placed until it arrives in our store, depending on the designer.
